I am a new Zendesk admin and felt utterly overwhelmed by Zendesk's system. I was looking for some consultation and training on how to become a savvy admin, and I'm beyond grateful to have stumbled upon LaPlante Management. Cory is not only incredibly knowledgeable about all things Zendesk, but also so personable and a delight to work with. I appreciated his patience and care as I came week after week with my questions and sometimes niche scenarios to solve for. He helped me feel confident in navigating Zendesk's Admin Center and always provided informative explanations. I appreciated his depth of knowledge as he regularly was able to speak to common pitfalls or hangups I might encounter as an admin so that I could feel equipped to support our organization's team with efficiency and success. While I didn't have the pleasure of working with anyone else on the LaPlante team this time around, with Cory as their leader, I can only imagine how wonderful everyone else is to work with. If you're looking for great Zendesk support from resourceful and kind humans, look no further!

We contracted with LaPlante Management to configure and implement Zendesk for us. We did not want to do the work ourselves, we wanted them to do it for us and train us after. We worked with Chuck and Ben during the project. Chuck kept us organized and on track while Ben configured Zendesk the way we communicated how we wanted it. Ben did exactly what we wanted with no hand holding and even worked with our website developer on his own to hash out some developer integration needs. We signed off on the configuration and got the training needed for any admin type of duties for future changes as well as agent training. This was a prefect process from start to finish and, even when asked, I was unable to come up with any cons of this project overall and the LaPlante team. I highly recommend them!!

Cory, Anthony, and Ben were fantastic from start to finish. Our organization needed to quickly implement Zendesk to meet a deadline and LaPlante made the process incredibly smooth. Our Zendesk build-out turned out exactly as we had hoped. We received in-depth training and the team was always quick to respond to any questions we had. We truly appreciated the transparency about billable work hours throughout the process as we were always given an estimate before any work was done. We would use LaPlante again in the future without hesitation. It was an absolute pleasure working with them.

Our ZenDesk account manager pointed us to LaPlante Management after a fairly expensive quote from their professional services team that would have exceeded our budget and forced us elsewhere. We were looking for a crawl/walk approach to implementing a new IT Help Desk and Project platform for to handle our 13 locations and 560+ employees. From the first conversation, Cory listened to our needs and assigned the right people to help. The project was scoped well and handled in a very professional manner. Garrett and Kris did an outstanding job at every step! Most importantly, we stayed on budget and on time, and recently launched to our employees. We are sticking with LaPlante for ongoing support and future development to help enhance our system over time. I highly recommend LaPlante Management for your ZenDesk implementation or development needs!
