To say that Ty and the team helped us successfully implement Zendesk would be an understatement. From the get-go, Ty wanted to really understand our business and various use cases to account for details that we may have overlooked ourselves. From that moment on, I knew we were in good hands. Ultimately, what really stuck out was that Ty didn't leave us hanging once a last-minute problem occurred and our contract was up. She has stuck with us to help figure out this (quite random) problem. If you want someone who will take care of your Zendesk and Customer Support needs, look no further. With Ty and TWP, not only will you get technical expertise, but also commitment, attention to detail, and a deep sense of caring.

Ty and Dana were awesome! They were extremely helpful and attentive. They provided us with training and and a Best Practices Guide that we could refer to once our contract with them was up. Not many companies do that. Ty answered our questions right away and followed on things that needed our attention. She set up weekly meetings with us so that she could catch us up on things her and Dana were working on. These meetings were also a way for us to give her our thoughts and concerns and she listened to every single thing we had to say. Overall, our experience was great and we would highly recommend Ty and her team to any team that is looking for help with Zendesk. Thank you, Ty and Dana!! Hope to work with you soon.

Ty and her team were phenomenal. They were always available to assist us as needed and provide great clarity throughout the entire process. Their experience with e-commerce was first class and did a wonderful job of aligning our solution with our business model and the needs of our customer service representatives. Workforce Pro has been a great help in setting up our Zendesk features when we transitioned over to this platform. They are very attentive, they get back to us right away, and they offer supplemental options such as videos of any corrections made on our Zendesk system. The only thing I would like is to see a cheaper price so that we could work with them more!
