Free? "Tickets limit exceeded Download XLSX" & "this export was incomplete due existed plan limits"? i can't even download less than 100? anymore, i use this export once a month a total of maybe 2.000 now i can't download anything.

Dear Stefan, thank you for your feedback! Yes, our free plan has a limit of 100 entities per export with a maximum file size of 10MB. If you encounter any issues exporting fewer than 100 entities, please reach out to our support at zendesk@oapps.io so that we could investigate the issue.

"Never pay a thing" sounds like a great catchphrase (see free plan), but the reality turned out to be quite different. We started using this tool and have since integrated the data into a critical part of our workflow. Suddenly, and without any prior notice, the free quota was reduced by a factor of 10 — from 1,000 tickets to just 100. We only need a few hundred, so we’d be perfectly willing to pay a small monthly fee. However, jumping straight to 25$ for 100,000 entities — when we only need a few hundred— doesn’t feel like a practical or fair solution for us. What’s particularly frustrating is the lack of communication around this change. If we had known the limit would be reduced even further, we would have chosen a different tool from the start.

You're right — the free plan limit was recently updated, and we're currently waiting for the new limits to be reflected in the Zendesk Marketplace description. We hope this update goes live soon. Since you were on the free plan, where we don’t collect customer emails, you didn’t receive a notification about the change. five starts because it does what it says. unfortunately no good for us as we have multibrand and this app doesn't include that data anywhere

This is very handy for some of our use cases and saves us around 1 hour of operational time with every export compared to the same exports using default Zendesk tools like Zendesk Explore and similar ones.

Great app, provides a next level of Zendesk exporting data. Unfortunatly does not export all comments in XLSX format, only the fist and last comments.
