It is an incredible app, and we have been using it for 3 years to track our customers' mentions and comments. Alena from the support team was able to help configure Facebook during the Zoom call when we needed it, great job!

Very poor support, and the app is very buggy, it creates a user for each comment and no one from their support team helps!
Dear Ahmed, we sincerely apologize for any delays in our support response. As our team operates Monday through Friday, your first request reached us on Sunday, and we replied on Monday. Regarding the issue with your connected account, it occurred due to the use of two Instagram apps, which can cause duplicates as messages are processed by both applications. Once again, we truly value your feedback and are committed to improving our service. To address concerns more quickly, we’ve also enabled support via WhatsApp and Telegram.
We've been using this for two years for our company Instagram account and allows us to easily and efficiently reply to all our Instagram messages through zendesk which was otherwise impossible off the Instagram/Facebook apps. Really pleased with the product and great customer service. Thanks!
