Help Desk Migration | Import

We recently ran a migration from one Zendesk cloud instance to another using the Help Desk Migration tool. The Tool worked exactly has intented and the support team were one of the best support teams I have every worked with. They were very responsive, proactive, and provided the right advise the first time. They were also able to add some filters to the back end of the migration that was not available in the front end interface, allowing us to migrate one brand only. I strongly recommend this tool and service.

Does exactly as promised. I needed a little help, and they were right on the spot.

I move from Helpscout to ZD. I had less than 10K tickets. This tool was very easy to use and worked very well. The migration happened very quick after initiated. I do recommend.

We had to move a lot of data between two Zendesk accounts and Help Desk Migration tool made everything so easy! Being able to test and make sure that all the fields, seats, contacts, forms, and tags helped a lot. Also, their support team is amazing and responsive. I would definitely use this integration again :)
