About this app
Postiewell shows the requester's Maropost Commerce Cloud (Neto) orders next to every ticket: items, payments, tracking, returns and what they've spent with you. Your agents answer "where's my parcel?" without opening the control panel in another tab, or in four.
What agents see
- Every order matched to the requester by each email on their Zendesk profile. Postiewell finds their customer accounts in Maropost, then keeps an order only when it was placed with exactly one of their addresses, so a shared or look-alike account never shows a stranger's order.
- Order status, items with SKU and backorders, totals with coupons and GST, each payment against the grand total, delivery address and instructions.
- Tracking from every order line: carrier, tracking number and a link, plus how many items are still to ship on a split order.
- Returns (RMAs) with the items, reasons, outcome and refunds.
- Lifetime spend over the orders found (cancelled orders and quotes left out), customer group, credit hold and customer since.
- One click puts the status and tracking into the reply.
- A lookup box for an order number (like N10155) or an email. An order the ticket mentions that someone else placed is named with a masked email, never shown.
What agents can do (each one confirmed first, then logged as an internal note)
- Add a sticky note to the order for your warehouse or office team, titled with the ticket number.
- Change the order status, only to the statuses you allow (off until an admin turns it on). Postiewell never asks Maropost to email the customer.
Admins choose who may act: admins, everyone, roles or groups. A change is never sent twice: if Maropost's answer is lost, Postiewell reads the order back to see what happened.
Why it's worth switching
Neto's own Zendesk app hasn't been updated since 2019, and its reviews say it stopped working. Postiewell is maintained, uses the current Maropost API, and does more than show orders.
Setup in five minutes
Enter your store domain, the API username of a Maropost staff user and that user's API key. Nothing to create in Zendesk. Up to three stores (say Australia and New Zealand), each with its own currency and mapped to Zendesk brands, plus an optional Open in Maropost link.
Pricing
$9 per agent per month (USD), one plan with every feature. 14-day free trial, card required, billed by Zendesk.
Your data
Runs in the agent's browser. The API key is a Zendesk secure setting: agents never see it and Zendesk only sends it to your store domain. Postiewell reads orders only for the person on the ticket or one lookup, keeps nothing after the sidebar closes, and has no export.
Limits
Postiewell doesn't refund, edit lines or addresses, add tracking, create returns or delete orders; those stay in Maropost. It reads up to 50 orders per customer at once, plus everything from the last 180 days.
Not made or endorsed by Maropost or Zendesk. Maropost and Neto are trademarks of Maropost Inc.
Made by Great Work, a small software company. Questions go to hello@greatwork.company and a person replies within one business day. (We're the ones with the duck.)

Cómo instalar
In your Maropost control panel, add a staff user for Zendesk (Maropost's help article "Add a staff user account") and give it a permission group that can view orders, customers and returns, and update orders if you want agents to take actions. Generate an API key on that user. Maropost recommends a user-based key over the global key because you can limit and revoke it on its own.
Install Postiewell from the Zendesk Marketplace and start the 14-day trial ($9 per agent per month after it, card required).
Enter your store domain in lowercase, like www.yourstore.com.au, without https:// or a slash. Zendesk only sends the API key to this domain.
Enter the staff user's username in "API username" and paste the key into "API key". The key is a Zendesk secure setting: agents never see it.
Optional: a store label, the store currency (default AUD), the Zendesk brand ids that should open this store first, and up to two more stores (fill in their domain to turn them on).
Choose who may take actions (default: admins). Sticky notes are on by default. To let agents change statuses, turn on "Allow status changes" and list the statuses they may set (default: On Hold).
Optional: for an Open in Maropost link, open any order in your control panel, copy the address after your domain and put {id} where the order number is, for example /_cpanel/order/vieworder?id={id}.
Open a ticket from a customer with orders. The setup guide at greatwork.company/apps/postiewell/docs has troubleshooting.
Postiewell creates nothing in your Zendesk account at install. Uninstalling removes it completely; the postiewell_* ticket tags it added stay on past tickets, and the sticky notes it added stay on your Maropost orders.
