About this app
You need a Zendesk Suite Professional or Enterprise license for this app to work. If you would like to learn more about upgrading to Zendesk Suite Professional or Enterprise, please speak to your Zendesk representative who will be happy to help.

Data management
At Respira, we only store the minimum data required for message delivery: phone numbers and template texts with parameters. Data lives in a dedicated server in Spain (EU) for 90 days. You can opt for an independent database or have our software running on your own infrastructure. More information in our website.

Data Collection and Usage
This app processes limited customer data to send WhatsApp messages on behalf of Zendesk agents:
Customer phone number
Customer name (if available in the Zendesk ticket)
Customer email (if entered in excel and csv files)
Message parameters entered by the Zendesk agent
Ticket identifier and related metadata
Purpose of Data Processing
Sending WhatsApp messages to customers from within Zendesk
Associating sent messages with the relevant Zendesk ticket
Third-Party Data Sharing
The application uses the Conversations API from Zendesk. This app does not use Meta´s WhatsApp Cloud API or any other third-party service. Zendesk processes the data according to its own privacy policies.
Data Storage
Personal data is stored in a dedicated server in Spain (EU) for 90 days.
Data Security
All communications are transmitted over secure HTTPS connections.
User Control
Agents control when messages are sent. No automated messages are sent without agent action unless configured by the administrator.

Cómo instalar
In order to install this app, you need to:* Visit the Zendesk Marketplace, * Look for our app, WhatsApp Connector by Respira. You can search for "Respira" * Click install
You will see asked to enter a Connection API Key. If you install the App for the first time, leave it blank.If everything goes well, you will find a new icon in the left bar of your Zendesk Workspace.
