UUM assign tickets to user as soon as they view it. This app helps you to assign the current user for an unassigned case. This will also help reassign current user to a ticket which was assigned to another team member but will need save ticket manually.
Admins and owners are expempted from the workflow inorder to give flexibility for auditing the tickets.
App have a UI to give you updates on assignment and reason from the exemption of assignment if any.
Data & Privacy
This app accesses the following Zendesk data solely to perform ticket assignment: the current agent's user ID, name, role, and group memberships, and the ticket's current assignee. No customer data is stored, transmitted, or shared outside of your Zendesk instance. All operations are performed in-browser using the Zendesk Apps Framework.
