Escale is a responsive Zendesk Guide Help Center theme by Isulium. Mood: Fresh aquatic welcoming support. Built for Lifestyle / travel / consumer teams that want a distinctive home composition on a proven Guide foundation (knowledge base, community, requests, service catalog when enabled).

Composition highlights

• Immersive photo hero with soft SVG wave + curved drop-shadow

• Soft-wave also on community, services, footer, and internal photo headers

• Overlapping 3D category cards on the home page

• Centered brand name + tagline header on desktop (hidden under 768px to avoid logo overlap)

• Enriched search results (date / category / sort filters, AJAX grid)

• Knowledge base tree sidebar on category, section, and article pages

Shared Isulium stack

Escale includes the Partner-ready Isulium foundation: enriched search (escale-search.js), KB sidebar, 3D elevated tiles, and centered header chrome—while keeping Escale’s unique water-hero and soft-wave composition.

Technical notes

• api_version: 4
• script.js ships unminified
• Minified Guide platform bundles in assets/ retain Copenhagen provenance (see src/BUNDLES_SOURCE.txt)
• If using Developer Edition notes: minified platform bundles are not partner-customizable UI

Locales & RTL

• Settings locales: 37 files under translations/ (same key set as en-us, 231 keys). Admin setting labels follow the agent’s Zendesk UI language.
• RTL: Supported. Verified on Arabic Help Center locale (/hc/ar, dir=rtl). Layout chrome (header, search, footer, soft-wave) mirrors correctly.
