Alchemy is not a generic SaaS template with a dark-mode toggle. The visual system was designed from the ground up for products that take their interface seriously. Hex-aware color tokens, monospace article typography, and a layout that treats code blocks, command snippets, and technical references as first-class content. No-code branding for your team

Alchemy ships with 32 admin-configurable settings that cover every meaningful design choice. Brand color, accent color, hero image, logo, favicon, fonts, and up to six fully configurable category boxes on the homepage. Your support team or admin can rebrand the theme directly from the Zendesk Guide editor without ever touching CSS or filing a developer ticket. We made the tough design decisions so your team can focus on content.

All 24 templates included

Alchemy is production-ready out of the box. All 24 Zendesk Guide templates are designed and styled with the same visual system, including the homepage, category, section, article, search, request, requests list, new request, community topics and posts, user profile, contributions, subscriptions, error page, and the service catalog and approval request shells required for marketplace compliance. No missing pages, no fallback to default Copenhagen styling on edge cases.

Mobile-first and accessible

Alchemy is fully responsive across breakpoints (768px, 1024px, 1160px). Hamburger navigation, stacked category boxes, touch-friendly voting controls, and accessible form components ship in the box. The theme is built to current web standards, with semantic HTML, keyboard navigation, and ARIA attributes throughout.

RTL language support included

Full right-to-left CSS layer for Arabic, Hebrew, and Farsi locales is included at no extra cost. The locale selector and direction handling follow Zendesk's reference patterns so your international customers get a native experience from the same theme.
