Requisitos

  • All Suites: Team, Growth, Professional, Enterprise, or Enterprise Plus

  • A SweetHawk Suite subscription (if you are on individual app subscriptions, you will need to upgrade to unlock Action Builder integration)

Cómo conectar

  1. Ensure you have an active SweetHawk Suite subscription and the relevant SweetHawk apps installed on your Zendesk instance

  2. In Zendesk Admin Center, go to Apps and integrations > Actions > Action flows

  3. Create or edit an action flow

  4. Under External actions, click SweetHawk

  5. Click Connect

  6. You will see a "Verify your identity" prompt. Click Continue to authorize via Zendesk. You will be redirected to sign in to Zendesk so SweetHawk can confirm you are an administrator on your account.
