With this integration, your Zendesk knowledge base articles and support ticket tools are made available directly in the Elevio widget — so users can browse help content, submit new tickets, and view or reply to existing tickets without leaving your site.

Cómo instalar
- Sign up for an Elevio account at https://app.elev.io/register
- Log in and navigate to the Integrations page within Elevio.
- Select the Zendesk integration and authorize access to your Zendesk account.
- Follow the on-screen steps to complete setup and sync your help articles.
- Navigate to the Modules settings area in Elevio and enable the Support module, selecting Zendesk as the provider.
Add the Elevio embed snippet to your site’s HTML to enable the Elevio widget with Zendesk support.
