Cómo instalar
Performset is only available as a private installation app, implemented by a Cloudset consultant.
Our Cloudset consultant will require a temporary full Zendesk admin licence to gain access to your Zendesk to install and configure Performset during the installation and commissioning phase.
This is a one-time paid consulting free.
Contact sales@cloudset.net to discuss your custom SLA requirements and details of the consulting scope.
Security and API Access Use
The Cloudset Framework, specifically the configuration tools, require API access to your Zendesk, via Zendesk’s secure OAuth mechanism. This is revocable at any time from the Zendesk admin account, used to install the app, user security setting tab.
At runtime, Performset uses the incremental ticket event API and the user and organization incremental APIs to monitor changes to tickets which the Performset runtime will respond to. When SLA conditions are met, ticket fields are updated to reflect the passing or violation of the SLA on the ticket. The ticket audit API is used to reassess a ticket against its SLA if needed.
Transmission of this data is over https, and all configuration data stored is encrypted at rest.
Security management is goverened by Cloudset SOC2 Type 2 compliance provisions.
