What ViewOps does well

ViewOps gives Zendesk agents and administrators a faster way to find, organize and work with active views beyond the native visible-view list.

• Load optional ticket counts without changing view definitions or ticket data

• Export view information to CSV and review view health as an administrator

• Keep display preferences synchronized for the signed-in agent

Available views continue to follow each agent's existing Zendesk permissions.

Subscription

Paid subscription purchased through Zendesk Marketplace. Includes a 14-day card-required trial; Standard is USD 49 and Managed is USD 149 per Zendesk account per month. Optional CRM Scene onboarding and Private-edition written orders remain separate.

Data and privacy

Zendesk signs the tenant hostname, numeric user ID, numeric installation ID and app context used to authenticate ViewOps. CRM Scene stores those technical identifiers plus collection names, saved search text, view IDs, pins, recents and display preferences. It does not store ticket content, ticket-count results, full view definitions, agent names or agent email addresses. Cloudflare provides the Worker, D1 preference storage, routing and operational logs. Uninstalling does not automatically delete synchronized preferences.
