4 days agoHi Danny, The loading of the App is NOT controlled by the App, but by Zendesk itself. So if the App is not loaded this has nothing to do with the App itself, but the environment it is running in. As an App developer there is not much I can do about :/

We used the Zignatures app as a workaround to stop outbound SMS notifications from firing from email and API channel requests. It works great and we kept the agent signatures loading with the {{current_user.signature}} placeholder too. Thanks to Andrey and team at Zignatures!
