About Veryation
Veryation builds focused, reliable workflow apps for support teams, each designed to do one job well.
What Syft does
Zendesk's suspended tickets queue fills up with out-of-office replies, bounces and spam, and real customer emails get stuck in between. Zendesk deletes suspended tickets automatically after 14 days, so anything nobody reviewed in time is gone. Syft lets you write rules once: it recovers the emails you want, deletes the noise, and shows you what it will do before it does it.
What it does well
Rules on the sender's email, domain or name, the support address the email was sent to, the subject, the message body, or the suspension cause. Match with contains, is, starts with, ends with, does not contain, is not, or a pattern.
Recover, delete, or keep for a person. Rules run top to bottom and the first match decides, so a keep rule for an important sender protects them from broader rules.
Wait before acting, so your team can look first.
Recover with the right requester: keep Zendesk's, use the sender from the email headers, or a fixed person. Recovered tickets get a tag and an internal note naming the rule.
Causes are matched by their ID, so rules work in any language.
Starter rules for out-of-office replies (English, German, French, Spanish, Italian and Dutch) and for bounces, added switched off so you can check them first.
A clearer queue: search, filter by cause and support address, read each message, and see what your rules would do to every email before anything happens. Recover or delete selected emails by hand.
Safe runs: Run rules now shows the counts first and only runs on a second click. Every run is listed with each email it handled, and can be downloaded as a CSV file.
Automatic processing: switch it on and Syft applies your rules every few minutes (5 at the least) while an admin or an agent who can manage suspended tickets has Zendesk open.
How it works
Syft runs inside the Zendesk agent workspace and talks to Zendesk as the signed-in agent. There are no API tokens, no external accounts and nothing to connect. Rules are saved in the app's settings in your Zendesk account, and only admins can change them. Zendesk shows suspended tickets to agents who can view all tickets, or on Enterprise plans to a custom role allowed to manage suspended tickets.
Data and privacy
Syft has no Veryation server. Suspended emails are read and handled inside the agent's browser, and every action goes through Zendesk's own API as the signed-in agent. The run history is kept only in each agent's browser. No ticket data, email content or rules are sent to Veryation.
We do not sell, rent or share customer data, and do not use it for advertising or profiling.
Uninstalling the app stops it immediately. Questions: support@veryation.com.

Cómo instalar
Click Install and choose the Zendesk account to install into. Nothing needs connecting: there are no API keys, URLs or accounts.
Click the Syft icon in the left navigation bar. The Queue tab lists your suspended tickets with their cause and the support address they were sent to.
Open the Rules tab. Click Add starter rules for out-of-office replies and bounces (they are added switched off), or Add rule to write your own: choose conditions, then Recover, Delete or Keep for a person, and optionally a wait in minutes. Each rule shows how many emails in the queue it matches right now. Only admins can save rules.
Back on Queue, the Your rules column shows what each rule would do. Click Run rules now, check the counts, then click again within 15 seconds to run them.
The Activity tab lists every run from your browser with each email handled. Click CSV to download a run.
Optional: in Admin Center, open the app's settings to switch on Process automatically, set the minutes between runs (5 at the least), the tag and internal note added to recovered tickets, and the most suspended tickets read per run.
