We are Cyrano, a team in Sweden. We build an AI agent that answers customer tickets for online stores. Our goal: the agent answers the everyday questions, so your team spends its time on the tickets that need a person.

What Cyrano does in Zendesk

Cyrano reads each ticket in your Zendesk, finds the customer and their orders in your Shopify store, and writes a reply that follows the rules you set.

How it works

Cyrano runs in its own app and connects to Zendesk through Zendesk's API, so this listing installs nothing inside Zendesk. You connect Zendesk and your Shopify store once, in Cyrano.

Data

Cyrano reads your Zendesk tickets, users and help center articles, and writes replies, internal notes and tags through Zendesk's API. It stores the ticket data it needs to answer them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle this data: https://meetcyrano.com/privacy

Pricing
