About this app
IssueBadge for Zendesk Support puts certificates and digital badges where your team already works.
Ticket sidebar and user sidebar: see every certificate the requester already holds (badge name, date, revoked status, link) and issue a new one with one click. Add the certificate link straight into your reply.
Certificates page (nav bar): search Zendesk users by tag, organization, name or email, pick the ones you want, choose a badge and issue certificates to all of them with a live progress view.
Write-back: issued users get the issuebadge-issued tag and the certificate URL in the IssueBadge certificate URL user field, so you can build views, triggers and automations on top.
Typical uses: training academies and course completions, support-driven certification, partner and reseller programmes, event attendance, exam results.
Data: the app reads the requester's or user's name, email and ID from Zendesk, and sends only the recipient's name and email to IssueBadge when an agent clicks Issue. Your IssueBadge API key is stored as a secure setting and never reaches the browser. Requires an IssueBadge account (free plan available at https://issuebadge.com).

Cómo instalar
Create an IssueBadge account at https://app.issuebadge.com and open Settings › API to copy your API key.
- Install the app and paste the API key into the IssueBadge API key setting.
- Leave Write back to Zendesk users on if you want issued users tagged and their certificate URL stored in a user field (the app creates the field on install).
Open any ticket: the IssueBadge panel in the sidebar shows the requester's certificates and an Issue button. Open the Certificates page from the nav bar to issue in bulk.
