FrontFoot (getfrontfoot.ai) is a B2B SaaS platform that helps customer success and support teams resolve contract exception requests without slow escalation chains. Instead of a CSM saying 'let me check with my manager' and triggering weeks of handoffs, FrontFoot gives agents an instant, grounded reply based on the company's actual terms, approved commercial flexibility, and configured communication tone.
The FrontFoot Zendesk integration adds a sidebar panel to every support ticket. When an agent receives a T&C exception request, they click 'Draft reply' and FrontFoot generates a response grounded in the company's contract terms, approved give-to-get policies, and tone guidelines — without the agent ever leaving Zendesk. Drafts are inserted into the Zendesk reply composer with one click. Each draft is attributed to the signed-in agent and synced with their FrontFoot account so the full conversation history is available in the FrontFoot web app.

Data handling and privacy:When a reply is drafted, the following ticket data is transmitted to FrontFoot's servers: ticket subject, customer email address, customer name, and message content. This data is processed by an AI language model (Anthropic Claude, hosted by Anthropic) to generate the draft response. FrontFoot's servers are hosted by Render (United States). Data is processed in accordance with FrontFoot's privacy policy (https://www.getfrontfoot.ai/privacy) and data processing agreement (https://www.getfrontfoot.ai/dpa). FrontFoot does not sell or share customer data with third parties except as required to deliver the service. Message content is retained for the lifetime of the FrontFoot tenant account and deleted upon account termination or upon written request to support@getfrontfoot.ai.

Generate an install token in your FrontFoot admin settings (Settings → Zendesk → Generate token).
Paste the token into the 'FrontFoot Token' field below.
Install the app.
Open any ticket and click 'Connect' in the FrontFoot sidebar to sign in.
Click 'Draft reply' to generate a grounded response.
