Ticket Generator creates realistic, AI-powered sample tickets directly inside your Zendesk, configured to your industry, team structure, and ticket types. No copy-pasting, no lorem ipsum, no fake names.

Data & privacy
Ticket Generator accesses the following from your Zendesk:
Subdomain & agent name: used to authenticate and attribute generated tickets
Groups & brands: used to route tickets to the correct destination
Existing ticket content (optional): only when "Use existing ticket" is selected; used as a generation reference, never stored
No customer data is stored on Customer First servers. All content is generated in real-time and written directly to your Zendesk.

Cómo instalar
Click Install to add Ticket Generator to your Zendesk account. No API credentials needed.
Once installed, click the Ticket Generator icon in the left nav bar to open the app.
Click Connect Account and complete the OAuth flow in the popup that appears.
Head to the Build tab, configure your settings, and generate your first batch of tickets.
