Customer First builds CX tools that remove the manual grind from support workflows.

Ticket Generator creates realistic, AI-powered sample tickets directly inside your Zendesk, configured to your industry, team structure, and ticket types. No copy-pasting, no lorem ipsum, no fake names.

What you can do

  • Configure industry, persona, priority, channel, and batch size in seconds

  • Monitor generation progress live in the History tab

  • Save favourite configurations in Settings for one-click reuse

How it works

  1. Choose your industry, customer persona, priority, and channel

  2. Set your batch size and hit Generate

  3. Tickets are created directly in your Zendesk in the background

  4. Track progress in History, no page refresh needed

Plans

  • Free: up to 50 lifetime tickets, max 5 per batch

  • Pro: 500 tickets per month, max 10 per batch

  • Team: unlimited tickets, max 25 per batch

Data & privacy

Ticket Generator accesses the following from your Zendesk:

  • Subdomain & agent name: used to authenticate and attribute generated tickets

  • Groups & brands: used to route tickets to the correct destination

  • Existing ticket content (optional): only when "Use existing ticket" is selected; used as a generation reference, never stored

No customer data is stored on Customer First servers. All content is generated in real-time and written directly to your Zendesk.

Cómo instalar

  1. Click Install to add Ticket Generator to your Zendesk account. No API credentials needed.

  2. Once installed, click the Ticket Generator icon in the left nav bar to open the app.

  3. Click Connect Account and complete the OAuth flow in the popup that appears.

  4. Head to the Build tab, configure your settings, and generate your first batch of tickets.
