Cómo instalar
Install the app from the Zendesk Marketplace.
Once installed, open Zendesk and locate PilotFlow PRO in the left navigation bar.
Open the app panel to access the advanced rule configuration interface.
Create your first rule by defining multiple conditions (such as requester attributes, ticket data, SLA timing, or activity patterns).
Configure actions including assignee updates, tag management, and follower assignment.
Save your rule. Rules will be executed automatically when tickets are created or updated.
Continue building additional rules to fully automate your workflow.
No external setup or API configuration is required. The system is ready to scale with your operations from day one.
