Installation & Configuration

This integration can be easily set up by enabling the Zendesk API and configuring MangoApps to use OAuth 2.0 for the required API calls to fetch ticket information and generate an update feed within MangoApps Projects or Groups.

Setup Steps:

  1. Enable API access in your Zendesk account.

  2. Configure OAuth 2.0 authentication between Zendesk and MangoApps.

  3. Authorize the integration connection in MangoApps.

  4. Configure ticket filters (organization, priority, status, or tags).

  5. Select the MangoApps Group or Project where tickets should be synced.

  6. Save the configuration to activate the integration.
