Cómo instalar
Easily connect to Zendesk and other applications via OAuth or secure API key — no coding required.
Once logged in to Usermind, navigate to “Integrations.” Click “Connect” next to Zendesk. Enter your company’s subdomain (e.g., “yourcompany.zendesk.com”), and a window will pop up prompting you to OAuth to your Zendesk connection. Add your Zendesk credentials, and Usermind will automatically start fetching your Zendesk data.
Next, navigate to Journeys to start building personalized, omnichannel customer experiences across all your connected systems and data sources.
