Installation is easy and it worked fine, but after some time tickets stopped creating in Zendesk for unknown reason. Zendesk Talk Partner Edition is enabled for our account.

does not create tickets on calls.. worthless.

about 5 years agoPlease, check if you have connected Zendesk Talk Partner Edition. It is a necessary condition from Zendesk side for the integration to work.

This integration is very easy to use and install. We have saved a lot on calls and PBX with Zadarma.
