We've been using Lightning Macros for several months and have seen great results. Took a bit to figure out the templates but after creating a few it becomes pretty easy.

This is exactly what I needed. There's a bit of upfront investment to get the templates set up but, for us, the ROI was extremely high. Love the validation logic too—really helpful when your agents are moving fast.
