Today is 05.05. I connected **Facebook Reviews**. When a comment was made under a post from **09.05**, a ticket was created in Zendesk — everything works. When a comment was made under a post from **17.04**, no ticket appeared in Zendesk. Can you clarify — is there a **limit on how old the post can be** for the integration to track comments? For example, does it only track comments made on posts **not older than one month**?
