Custom Block Icons - Custom blocks are static links to any pages on your help center or your main website. It’s possible to change the link, icon, title, and description in each of them. You can hide a specific block or all of them in the theme settings and add more through customization.

This theme is somewhat configurable from the admin settings UI. You can look at the screenshots of the admin settings UI. Custom Settings -

This theme includes the following settings in the theme UI customization admin area:

Translation You can turn the translation option check to use dynamic content translations.

Colors (brand color, brand text color, background color, text color, link color).

Fonts (select from a list of font families Zendesk Theming provides). You can use custom web fonts (Google fonts or on your own) for this you have to buy our Developer Edition theme because you need to have code access to use fonts.

Brand You can add your company logo and can also add a favicon for your theme

Search Settings Enable or Disable Instant Search, Scoped search in the knowledge base, and scoped search in community.

Homepage Hero Text 1. Put your text for hero block 2. Put the hero text color

Image 1. Choose a hero background color for your hero image. 2. Choose a custom search icon for search block 3. Choose a hero background color for your hero image.

Homepage custom block one Enable/Disable the blocks. 1. Put a title on the block and Image. 2. Insert the Image in the block 3. Put the Category ID in the block Note: There are nine blocks here, you can set the image and Category ID according to your design.

Homepage Custom Block 1. Put Heading for your Blocks 2. Put a relevant description for your custom block 3. Insert a logo for your custom block 4. Put the URL in the blocks.

Footer Custom Block 1. Put a header text for the footer 2. Put a relevant title for the footer 3. Insert the URL for the title Note: 1. Here, twelve blocks are provided for title text and links, and four blocks are provided for header text.

Frequently Asked Question Homepage

Enter the ID of the Frequently Asked Question category you want to display articles for in the Frequently Asked Question Homepage block in the theme settings.

Note: If the category ID is not specified in the theme settings for the FAQ block, the following error message will be displayed: "Error fetching category details. Please specify the category ID in the theme settings." To resolve this, ensure that the category ID is added in the theme settings to display the FAQ articles correctly. also sharing a screenshot for reference. If you do not include a Category ID on the FAQ homepage, only one category will be displayed without any images. We kindly request that you include a Category ID to enhance the design and user experience. By adding a Category ID, the FAQ articles will be presented in an organized accordion-style format, improving both functionality and aesthetics.

Theme feather 1. When you click on a category, its section is displayed on the home page, creating a very pleasing visual effect. 2. Promoted article titles and body displayed on the homepage in an accordion style. 3. Frequently Asked Question titles and body displayed on the homepage in an accordion style.

Home Page Elements You can enable or disable recent activities to be shown on your home page.

Article Page Elements You can enable or disable article page elements:- Show sidebar of the article in section page, Show author image, and name, show comments on articles, user can follow a specific article, show recently viewed articles, show related articles, and social media sharing on articles.

Social Media Links You can put the links of your social media handle on the footer. This theme allows a maximum of five links to any social media handle.

Theme Editions -

Standard Edition: USD? (one-time cost with access to free upgrades to future versions -- minors and patches). The source code is not available in this edition. You will be able to change all important settings via admin UI.
