We tried to use this integration so our support team in Zendesk could send leads to our sales team in Hubspot. The integration repeatedly broke, leading to 500 internal server errors. Both Zendesk and Hubspot told us to contact the other company which was not helpful. We ultimately created our own integration using Zapier and it's working well.
The ticket data integration is nice to have. However, the integration is not configurable in any way. New contacts are created with a HubSpot lifecycle stage to "Lead". This interferes with lead reporting in HubSpot.
I have just integrated Zendesk to Hubspot and it appears to show the ticket information in the activity log. Please note you need to add this view to your filter - this may be why you cannot see the information.
it doesn't work.
I've installed this, but like anon below, the tickets/categories/etc. don't sync with Hubspot. Instead, all you have is a basic contact sync. This makes it somewhat irrelevant.
