Parent Child Ticketing

Followed install instructions exactly and fields do not update between parent and child tickets. Emailed Ulgebra support and was told the app is no longer supported: Hello, Greetings from Ulgebra! Sorry, We are currently not supporting the Parent and Child Tickets app and we will not provide further improvements for this extension. But we are happy to help with our other products. The Ticket Linking feature is working well. Just missing the possibility to add a tag to Parent & Child Tickets in order to track the linked tickets in an Explore reporting. The Ticket Creating feature is a bit light, it only offers you the possibility to create a ticket with a Subject and a Description. If your purpose is to clone the existing ticket it is better to combine this App with a dedicated clonning App.
