If all is running smooth you don't need this, but...........if you're warehouse or your carriers have a delay and you want to inform your customers pro-active this is the app you have been looking for. From your 3PL or WMS system you can export a csv file with all order and customer and missing article information. Create a template and send out to your customers that the order is delayed or product XYX is missing. And send out in bulk, create ticket and auto solve it -> thanks to the TAGS added you can see how many customers react to pro-active messages ( < 2% ) this saves so much WISMO questions if you have unplanned delay in stock or service. Really useful tool with a lot of features that is perfect to proactively contacts a list of customers from Zendesk. My Teams used it quite regularly and it works perfectly. I recommend this tool that will save you a lot of time.

Incredilbe functionality at a reasonable price. Previously, we had used a combination of Slackbots and Zendesk native solutions to send bulk texts to customers. This was both time consuming, inacccurate and prone to human error. Thanks to the bulk messaging function, we can now download a list of customers from our CRM and send a bulk message in a matter of minutes, notifying customers of service outages, promotions or any other business critical communication. It was setup in a matter of minutes, empowers our agents and most importantly saves us massively on repeat tickets and complaints regarding communicaton. Highly recommend.
