About this app
Save your SLA's by never again forgetting to import a holiday in your schedule, these holidays can be directly imported from the app and can be specified depending on country (230 countries and 3000 states supported) and type of holiday calendar (national, local, religious and observance).

Data Disclosure
As required under the Zendesk Developer Terms, this section discloses the data accessed, used, and stored by the Holidays app.
Data Accessed:
Current user information (name, locale, and role) - to display the app interface in the correct language and restrict access to administrators only
Business hours schedules - to display available schedules and enable holiday imports
Account language settings - to determine appropriate language options for holiday names
Data Used:
Calendarific API key (configured during installation) - to retrieve holiday information from the Calendarific service
Holiday data (dates, names, and translations) - to display and import holidays for selected countries and regions
Data Stored:
No personal or account data is stored outside of your Zendesk instance
Holiday information is imported directly into your Zendesk business hour schedules and stored according to Zendesk's standard data retention policies
External Services:
This app connects to Calendarific.com API to retrieve holiday calendar data
Only non-personal data is transmitted (country codes, year, and holiday type preferences)

Configuration of this Zendesk App is a simple process.
Install the Zendesk App from the Zendesk App Marketplace;
As admin go to the Holiday sidebar notification;
Choose country, holiday type, whether it is this or next yea and select language;
Choose if you want to import all or just some holidays and choose in which schedule you want to import it.
