We've been using Growdot’s Proactive Campaigns for a few years now, and the impact on our marketing operations has been nothing short of transformative. This tool is incredibly easy to set up. I especially love that you can import customer data directly from your own CSV file, no special formatting required. You can simply choose which columns to use, making the process fast and flexible. We used it for SMS campaigns, and it worked flawlessly. Using Zendeks placeholders on the messages was a game changer. Messages were delivered quickly, and we reached our customers without any issues.

We have tested several similar tools and this one immediately stood out for its ease of use. Over time, the improvements made have further enhanced its effectiveness. The platform is now more functional and intuitive than it was at the start. We’ve appreciated its evolution and the focus on user experience.

The plug in tool has been easy to set up. The team initially needed some assistance with getting going as they are not technical but the support and assistance from Proactive Campaigns support team was on-point and really helped us streamline our solution. We still have a long way to go to optimise and use all the features and functionality, but definitely getting there!
