About this app

ReviewBot connects Google Play and Apple App Store reviews to Zendesk so support teams can triage customer feedback in one workflow.

What ReviewBot does:- Creates Zendesk tickets from new app reviews- Applies your routing rules by app, rating, locale, and schedule- Sends structured review details into the ticket for agent follow-up

Privacy and data processing notice:ReviewBot accesses review data from connected app-store accounts and writes selected review content into Zendesk tickets.

Data accessed:- Public review fields from app stores (author display name, star rating, review title/body, app version, locale, review date, and review/source links)- Zendesk account metadata needed for integration setup and delivery (Zendesk subdomain and OAuth tokens)

Data used:- To generate and route Zendesk tickets based on your Flow settings- To retry delivery and maintain integration reliability (including token refresh)

Data stored:- Connected account configuration (including encrypted credentials/tokens)- Flow/integration settings and metadata- Delivery state and operational logs needed to run the integration

Review content is processed only to deliver and manage your configured workflows.

Current scope:- ReviewBot creates Zendesk tickets from app reviews- Directly replying to app reviews from Zendesk is not yet supported

Cómo instalar

  1. Sign in to ReviewBot and go to the Flows page.

  2. Click + Add new Flow.

  3. Click on "Review Notifications" and then select your app.

  4. Select Zendesk as your integration platform.

  5. Click Add account.

  6. Enter your Zendesk subdomain and click Save.

  7. You will be redirected to Zendesk OAuth; authorize ReviewBot and return to ReviewBot.

  8. Complete the remaining Flow steps (rules and finalization), then click Turn on.

  9. Confirm setup by checking that the ReviewBot test ticket appears in Zendesk.
