The AI integration with Zendesk has been surprisingly solid. It helps draft replies that actually make sense and does a great job pulling in the right help articles without us having to manually guide it. It’s definitely made onboarding easier and reduced a lot of the repetitive back-and-forth in our daily support.
Easy to configure, fast to learn from our content, and effective right away. We barely had to tweak anything. It’s one of the few tools where “plug and play” actually applies.
We have been using easel for a few months now. Connecting eesel to zendesk helcenter and messaging is ridiculously simple and we managed to get a chatbot and AI assistant that does some pretty complex actions with relative ease. The team at eesel is responsive and super helpfull. so yeah we love it.
I've tested many AI agent solutions, but so far Eesel is one of the best. It has many features we need, such as broad sources availability, variety of options, integrations, and so on. Highly recommended.
