We’ve just started using the AI support bot and are really impressed! Communication with Alex and Mike has been quick and helpful, and the setup was straightforward. The interaction quality with our users is excellent, and we particularly appreciate the ‘knowledge gap’ feature, which makes it easy to improve answers and provide users with the right information quickly.
