Data Disclosure and Privacy
This app accesses the following data from your Zendesk instance to provide guided workflows and automate ticket updates:
Agent name and email.
Ticket details (subject, status, tags).
Requester information.
Data is used solely to facilitate the guided decision tree session and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not store Zendesk customer PII on Zingtree servers unless explicitly configured via custom variables.

Cómo instalar
Installation is just a few clicks:
Log in to Zendesk as an Admin.
Open the Zendesk Marketplace and search for Zingtree.
Click Install, then select your Zendesk subdomain.
Configure app settings (title, sidebar placement, and agent/group access).
Open a ticket, click the Zingtree panel, and connect your account.
Refresh the page; your workflows and scripting panel will appear in the Zendesk sidebar.
