To install the Macros Reporting & Management app in your Zendesk Support, please follow these steps:
Install the app.
Add your Zendesk credentials (or add your existing Pythia API token if you already have another Pythia app installed).
Enjoy your free 14-day trial of Macros Reporting & Management.
During the trial, you will have Advanced plan enabled by default. Once the trial ends, you will be prompted to purchase the subscription to continue using the app.
